How fast will you reply?
During shop hours (Mon–Fri 7:30–18:00, Sat 9:00–14:00), within one business hour. After-hours messages are answered the next business day before 10 AM.
Do I need to drop off the car the same day I message you?
No — once we reply, we’ll book a slot that works for you. Same-day appointments are usually available within 24 hours; complex jobs may go further out.
Is the diagnostic fee charged even if I decide not to fix it?
Diagnostic time is always charged because it’s our techs’ labor — but if you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is fully credited toward the job total.
Can you give a quote over email without seeing the car?
For straight services (oil change, brake pads), yes. For diagnostic work, we need eyes on the car — otherwise the quote is just a guess, and we don’t guess.
